Attorney Riley S. Snow

Mr. Snow represents clients in Arizona and Utah on matters relating to water rights, real property and resource development. He represents his clients’ interest before state and federal agencies and in  court. His clients include governmental entities, water companies and cooperatives, partnerships, publicly traded companies and individuals.

Mr. Snow opened his law office in 2010 after practicing at both national and regional firms. Mr. Snow was admitted to practice in Utah in 2005 and Arizona in 2010.

Mr. Snow received his Juris Doctor and a Graduate Certificate in Natural Resources and Environmental Law from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. He received a bachelor of science degree in Environmental Studies (magna cum laude) from the College of Natural Resources at Utah State University.

Any spare time is spent with his family. Mr. Snow is married with four children.
